Northern Liberties – everyone over at CenterCityTeam is finally starting to get into the holiday spirit and with that in mind here’s another holiday related post. Neighborhood volunteers in Northern Liberties are organizing a holiday caroling event for December 21st. The event is open to anyone who is interested, regardless of whether or not you own a home in Northern Liberties. Northern Liberties is really shaping up to be one of the best neighborhoods in Center City.
