Prudential Acquires Philadelphia Real Estate Brokerage
Prudential Fox & Roach, REALTORS and the Trident Group announced a merger with Eichler & Moffly Realtors out of Chestnut Hill further establishing Prudential as the dominant Philadelphia Real Estate brokerage.
Lee Morse Broker/Owner of Eichler & Moffly had this to say about the merger. “This will be an extraordinary partnership moving forward. The combination of the two firms will create the largest real estate firm in the area, and quell any doubts as to who the market leader truly is.”

Eichler and Moffly History
Eichler & Moffly Realtors was founded in 1960 by David K. Eichler and William T. Moffly, III and is still independently owned and managed. Bill Moffly retired in 1993 and William L. Morse purchased the firm in 1995 and became president, with David Eichler remaining chairman of the board through 2003. William Morse brings to the company 25 years of real estate experience in construction, development and sales. He has lived in and been involved with the Chestnut Hill community for more than thirty years.
