What does it look like? Don’t fret, CenterCityTeam is here to tell you all you need to know about each condominium’s pool. With no further adieu, here is our ranking of the Top 10 Luxury Condo Pools in Philadelphia.
1. Parc Rittenhouse
Address: 225 S. 18th St, Rittenhouse Square – Rittenhouse
With quite possibly the hottest pool scene in Philadelphia, Parc’s outdoor pool is usually filled with tons of fit, young, good looking Philadelphian’s. A large seating area accompanies the pool, giving you ample space to lay out or entertain a group of friends. Some say the only downside of this pool is the surrounding buildings cutting off any views of the city, while I’ve heard others say the cozy confines make for a different experience. If you’re viewing a condo in the building, take a stroll through this magnificent pool area, and try not to sign the lease on the spot.
2. The Dorchester

If Parc doesn’t have Philly’s hottest pool scene, then the Dorchester does.
