The automated garage parking system is futuristic and incredible and the possibility of bumping into Cliff Lee and Jonathan Papelbon on the elevator is surreal but price tag on these condos is on the far end of the expensive spectrum for Philadelphia and the condo fees aren’t far behind.

The only knock on the building is that its location doesn’t offer the walk-ability that some desire in a city condo but for those looking for the perfect blend of city and suburban life Waterfront Square might be the best option.
