When you wish upon a star’s income, you get a home this Hollywood-perfect.

The live-in lovers paid $3.45 million for the home, which was listed initially at $3.495 million by actress-turned-pop-star Selena Gomez. It’s located in the Tarzana neighborhood of The Valley in Los Angeles.

The home, which sports over 6,000 square feet of airy living space (six bedrooms, seven and two-half baths), has an iconic and original red door that was one of the few aspects Gomez didn’t renovate. During her time in the house, initially purchased for $2.175 million, she underwent an entire re-do and added lots of interior room. In front, a tasteful fountain ornaments the lawn. You enter the home into a high foyer, and proceed into the living room (with fireplace) and coffered dining room. Wide bay windows overlook the manicured front grounds, the kitchen sports opulent fixtures and a big center island, and there’s an elegant wraparound balcony. There’s a media room (of course) as well as a card room. The backyard is a dream, amply decked-out for resting, fun, or entertaining with a sports court, fire pit, freeform pool, and sweeping stone terraces.

The Lakers hoopster and his Australian-born girlfriend will have plenty of room to roam, as the house sits on .83 acres. There’s the two-story main home, as well as a gorgeously-appointed one-bedroom guest suite located above the two-story garage.

As for Gomez, she’s moved on to a faux-Mediterranean estate in nearby Calabasas, which just so happens to be nearer her on-again, off-again beau Justin Bieber.
