The home in the Hills may be modest by superstar standards, but it's fit for a sparkly vampire.

Twilight star Robert Pattinson makes all the ladies swoon and sigh over his morose vampire character. Now, the British heartthrob has a new place to hang his hat when he’s finished a long day of dazzling females.

The home in the Hills may be modest by superstar standards, but it’s fit for a sparkly vampire.

Pattinson’s had something of a tumultuous real estate history in the last couple years. The actor, who famously dated his costar Kristin Stewart, sold the gorgeous Seylor House in Los Feliz because it allegedly reminded him too much of his philandering ex. After that, it was on to a nondescript Studio City mansion that he rented for about a year. These days, the sloe-eyed thespian has a fresh place to crash in the Hollywood Hills. It’s a hacienda-style single story nestled at the end of a long driveway, for maximum privacy and quiet.

Pattinson scooped up the house for $2,176,500. It was initially listed for $1,795,000, indicating some sort of bidding war.

The home’s defining feature is a long covered walkway that runs the length of the back of it. There’s a fenced yard with a kidney-shaped pool, vaulted ceilings, and a “minimalist, double-sided fireplace.” The living room sports massive floor-to-ceiling built-in bookshelves, and the kitchen is sleek and modern. There are skylights everywhere, letting the light shine in. With just two bedrooms and two baths, it nonetheless clocks in at a roomy 1,900+ square feet. Both bedrooms have light, bright doorways opening up to the beauty of the outdoors.

Just goes to show you that stars aren’t exempt from sometimes making major life changes in the wake of a breakup! Here’s hoping RPattz has happier days in his new nest.
