The elaborate New Jersey home is fit for a princess... if the princess has really extravagant and in-your-face taste.

It’s a home fit for a “Real Housewife” – and trust me, it looks it.

Teresa Giudice is headed to the slammer in 2015, to be followed by her husband Joe when she’s finished with her 15-month federal sentence. In advance of her trip to the big house, the Giudices are attempting to unload their extravagant Towaco, New Jersey manse – undoubtedly, to help cover the over $400,000 in restitution that the pair were ordered by the court to pay.

The home is everything you would expect a “Real Housewives of New Jersey” casa to be, in the most over-the-top way possible. With marble and parquet floors, elaborately coffered walls and ceilings, mirrors and chandeliers everywhere, and some of the gaudiest bathrooms this side of Dubai, the home verily drips money. It sports six bedrooms and six bathrooms over 10,000 square feet on 3.5 acres of land. It was custom-built and boasts dozens of bragging-point upgrades like onyx tile, a butler’s pantry in the kitchen, a two-story great room, and a double Cinderella staircase off the foyer.

Since the Giudices are pretty much the textbook definition of motivated sellers right now, they are keeping a close eye on the home’s price. It was listed for $3.999 million in September, but after a couple month of no action, a half mil has been shaved off the top and it’s now on the market for $3.499 million.

Teresa Giudice heads to prison for a 15-month sentence in January. Joe Giudice is to serve a 41-month sentence after Teresa’s is done, so that one parent can stay with the couple’s small children.
