Actor Robert De Niro recently shelled out $2.85 million for a loft in New York City’s West Village. The penthouse is apparently for his daughter Drena, who is also listed on the paperwork for the home. Hardwood floors, high ceilings, and a wall of windows distinguish the two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home. De Niro himself used to live nearby, before he purchased a triplex near Central Park in 2006. Since it sustained fire damage in 2012, the actor has allegedly been renting a different apartment in the area. That’s good, fella!

Meanwhile, fellow actor Nick Nolte recently sold a home that he’s been trying to drop for more than a year. He cut a deal with the buyer allowing Nolte to keep three of the five acres of property on which the main house sits, as well as three guest homes. In exchange, the $8.25 million asking price (that would have included all five acres) was dropped to $3.9 million. The portion that sold includes a four-bedroom main home and a two-bedroom guest house, the former of which is decked out with vaulted ceilings and skylights, a huge master suite with a sitting room and office, and six fireplaces.

Actress Faye Dunaway recently dropped the price on her duplex in West Hollywood. It was initially listed in July for $1.75 million, but Dunaway pulled it from the market after just nine days. Now it has been relisted for $1.55 million, and the listing notes that the seller is “motivated.” Dunaway has been living in the larger half of the duplex for 15 years, and she staged part of the property with photos and memorabilia of her time as a Hollywood star. It remains to be seen whether her star power will help sell the home.
