The Philadelphia Auto Show has started its nine-day run, and the high-octane excitement in the air is just about palpable. The show, which runs annually at the Convention Center, is one of the country’s biggest. Visitors can wander some 700,000 square feet of automotive excellence, with vehicles ranging from six-figure prototypes to more humble family offerings in 2015 and 2016 model years. There are over 700 vehicles on display this year from forty different manufacturers. It’s not unheard-of for the Auto Show to welcome a quarter million visitors during its duration, and this year promises to be no exception.
